This document is a superset of the headline reconciliation memo (accounting/mita-purchase-price-reconciliation.md). The reconciliation memo gives the definitive purchase-price figure (¥835,355,900); this document provides the full paper trail behind it plus everything else (financing fees, advisor costs, ongoing operations, governance milestones).
