People¶
People organized by the entity they're tied to. Click any section below to expand its roster. Cross-cutting roles (CPAs / counsel / family-office services that span multiple entities) live under Multi-entity advisors at the bottom.
Conventions used in this file:
- ✦ marks the canonical bio for a person — the place to read the full background. Per-entity rosters point back to this via anchor link (e.g. Pearce Bevill ✦).
- Person appears under an entity if they have a specific role with that entity (signatory, advisor on a specific matter, recurring vendor, staff). Cross-references avoid duplicating the full bio.
Principal¶
Austin Renfroe (legal name: Gavon Augustus Renfroe) ✦¶
- Goes by: Austin
- Legal name on tax returns, formation docs, bank signatures: Gavon A. Renfroe
- Role: Sole member of Renfroe Family Holdings, LLC and, through it, owner of all sub-LLCs, Renfroe Hospitality Group (Mexico), and Renfroe Holdings GK (Japan)
- Also owns separately: E.A. Renfroe & Company S-corp (RENFROE — claims management, out of scope), personal real estate (W 3603, 210 Lavaca #2612), personally-held Oceana 433 via fideicomiso
- Gitea instance: owner,
austin@ gitea.austinrenfroe.com - Email: [email protected]
- Primary point of contact for all decisions in this repo
Note for future sessions
Earlier versions of this file and the banking/ files referred to
"Gavon" as a separate person. That was an error. Austin and Gavon are
the same person — "Gavon Augustus" is his legal name; "Austin" is what
he goes by. Any reference to "Gavon Renfroe" on a Brex wire or tax
return is Austin himself (commonly his own capital contributions
into the businesses, not a third-party payment).
Family¶
Austin's parents ✦¶
- Eugene "Gene" Renfroe — [email protected] / [email protected]
- Jana Renfroe — [email protected]
- Relationship to entities: AFR intrafamily lenders to Five Points BHM LLC (see Five Points / 1006 Birmingham)

todo/for-austin.mdandaccounting/afr-loan-amortization-template.md.

- Relationship: Austin's brother

Active payroll (~$122,000 MXN/month total labor cost)
| Name | Bank | Pattern | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Alfredo ("Freddy") | BBVA | ~$5,000 biweekly quincena, +$775 holiday premium | Full-time employee; start date 2025-07-21 (per Dec 15 2025 aguinaldo memo for $2,250 prorated) |
| Rosa Maria ("Rosi") | Azteca | ~$8,000 biweekly + $1,240 holiday premium, weekly food reimbursement ~$1,000 | Full-time employee |
| Lucila | Azteca | ~$8,000 biweekly + $1,240 holiday premium, bono semianual ~$7,200 | Full-time employee; borrowed $25,635 advance Oct 2025, repaid via quincena withholdings |
| Miroslava | STP (company), Mercado Pago (personal) | Fixed $27,550 MXN/quincena (monthly invoices) — contractor-level | Property manager; contractor-vs-employee classification risk under MX labor law — confirm with JME |
Aguinaldo (Mexican-law-required Christmas bonus) paid December 2025 to Alfredo (prorated), Rosa Maria, Lucila, Daniel (prorated).
Former payroll
- Daniel ("Nano") — Nu México — was on payroll mid-2025, dropped off after July 2025. Received prorated aguinaldo Dec 2025 for April–July tenure.
Cindy Canto — illegal-acts narrative + consignación detail
Cindy Canto / Cindy Rebeca Vargas Villanueva ([email protected]) — former Casa Moksha hotel manager. She quit before she was fired (per Austin, 2026-05-09).
Grounds for removal: illegal acts — threats against Austin and employees, illegal transfers of retreat-booking funds to her personal account, and embezzlement. Her bookkeeping during tenure was poor (which JME's 2025 back-tax catch-up work corrected), but the bookkeeping issues are downstream of the underlying fraud / embezzlement, not the framing of her exit.
No separation payout was issued (Austin direct, 2026-05-09) — the prior repo inference of "Cindy severance" from the Dec 15, 2025 JPMorgan wire memo "RNIE FINES AND CINDY PAYO" was wrong; that wire's true purpose is unresolved and needs separate clarification (JME / Austin).
Cap-table mechanics: she fraudulently put herself on the RHG cap table at 1% / MXN $500 capital fijo without authorization; the ongoing Mexican payment-consignación proceeding (legal/cindy-consignation-timeline.md) is the procedural mechanism required by RHG bylaws to retire that share — the substantive grounds for removal are the illegal acts.

- Role: Austin's primary US CPA. Engagement began 2024-03-22 for the 2023 personal tax return — younger relationship than the repo implied; Pearce did NOT handle 1006/Woolworth pre-foreclosure (that was Warren Averett under Hunter).
- Account leads:
- Daisy B. Buck, CPA (
[email protected], direct 205-313-4522) — Five Points / Woolworth / 1006 / personal-return work. (Earlier note in this file said "Don Buck" — corrected 2026-05-09; same email, actual name is Daisy.) - Robert Cook (
[email protected]) — Pearce account lead, original engagement contact - Nancy Hollaway (
[email protected]) — Pearce admin
- Daisy B. Buck, CPA (
- Recent billings: $18,300 from Primary in Mar 2026 for RFH; $6,250 from Five Points same day for Five Points-specific tax work. Plus the 2024 return work delivered Oct 14, 2025 (extension day).

todo/for-advisors.md.
Kim & Rosado — US specialized tax ✦¶
- Role: Specialized tax (separate from Pearce). Introduced alongside Pearce 2024-03-28.

- Fees: ~$7,540 MXN/month recurring; bank for fees switched from Banregio to Hey Banco in Feb 2026 (internal firm change)
