To-Do — Index

Five working lists.

  • remaining-work-summary.md — Single-page rollup of everything still open across the project, organized by blocker. Start here if you want the "what's left" view in one place. Includes the JME-deliverable playbook Claude runs autonomously when the JME monthly packet arrives.
  • tech-automation.md — Things Claude can execute directly via MCP (Gitea, and eventually Xero/Brex/etc. as we wire them up). Claude checks items off here as they're completed across sessions.
  • for-austin.md — Things only Austin can do. Upload documents, make calls, sign things, approve decisions.
  • for-advisors.md — Questions and asks queued up for the US CPA, Mexican accountant, and legal counsel. Grouped by who should answer.
  • for-next-session.md — Fast-start list for the top of the next Claude conversation. Updated at the end of each session.

Conventions

  • Every item uses a checkbox: - [ ] open or - [x] done.
  • When closing an item, add a date and a pointer: - [x] 2026-04-20 — Pulled Brex CSV (see banking/brex.md).
  • Items can migrate between lists if ownership changes.
  • Don't delete closed items. Move them to the bottom of the file under a ## Done section so we keep the history.
  • For anything that's actually a decision, log it in decisions/log.md rather than (or in addition to) closing it here.
