Built: 2026-05-09 by cross-referencing the canonical sources in context/people.md + context/entities.md against (a) live mail metadata from both M365 tenants (RFH + CM) and Gmail ([email protected]), (b) Synology /SP (Moksha)/ folder names + retreat-contract filenames, and © the matter-specific narratives in legal/, accounting/, and tax/. Methodology: metadata-only — no message bodies were fetched. Headers, subject lines, sender domains. Where evidence is ambiguous, the row is flagged "OPEN."

This is the deduped people-and-orgs map. When the same person is catalogued in multiple repo files with slightly different identifiers (role, title, email), this file resolves the conflict and source-tags the resolution.

Resolution: Austin confirmed directly on 2026-05-09 that Chuck is a friend, not Austin's brother, and is no longer running RFH family-office operations. End-date of his Aug 2025–onward ops-lead tenure not yet specified to-the-day; current ops-lead identity also TBD. The Teams "Chuck Murphy (Renfroe)" framing in mined records reflects his role-affiliation (i.e., representing the Renfroe family office) at the time, not blood relationship.
