Entity profile template

Standardized template for every entity Austin owns or controls. Copy this file to context/entities/<slug>.md and fill in. Sections are required even when empty — write "None" or "TBD — " rather than deleting the heading. This consistency lets a fresh session find any field at a known offset without scanning.

Slug convention: lowercase, hyphenated, drop legal suffixes. e.g. renfroe-family-holdings.md, casa-moksha-llc.md, renfroe-hospitality-group-mx.md, renfroe-holdings-gk.md, oceana-433.md. For the two same-named entities (Renfroe Hospitality Group MX vs. US TX), suffix with -mx / -us-tx.

Revision philosophy: this is v1. Format will evolve as we learn what we need. When you change the template structure, also update already-populated entity files to match (don't drift).
