Important: the "OWNER CONTRIBUTION" memo is Brex's autogenerated label, not legally descriptive. These are intercompany settlements from RFH to RHG for guest revenue that RFH collected on RHG's behalf. See banking/santander-mxn.md for the framing.
Open items¶
- Provide JPMorgan Chase account statements for the same 15-month period to reconcile outbound wire flows fully
- Clarify whether Austin's personal "GAVON RENFROE" wires into Brex Primary originate from a personal JPMorgan account or somewhere else (Wells Fargo 6248 is one known alternate)
- Reconcile the April 14, 2026 Brex wire ($25,000 USD) to confirm it lands at Santander as expected (next Santander statement will confirm)
