Entity stack — index + hierarchy

Standardized per-entity profiles live in this directory. The template is at _TEMPLATE.md. Detail still in the legacy flat context/entities.md is being migrated; until migration is complete, treat the per-entity files in this directory as authoritative for their entity and the legacy file as a fallback for entities not yet split out.

v1, 2026-05-09. Format will evolve. When the template structure changes, update populated entity files to match (don't drift).

Out of scope but cross-referenced (no profile file planned): - E.A. Renfroe & Company (RENFROE) — Austin's S-corp, claims management. 1120-S, separate books. Intersects via Augusta rule (RENFROE renting W 3603). - Gavon A. Renfroe Stock Trust — separate trust; not Austin's personally. - HHR Stock Trust — Austin's brother Hunter's trust (~$2,627 in Monarch). - RF Austin Operating LLC (Red Farm) — defunct restaurant investment ($120,833 §165(g) candidate for 2026). - Bluestone Entertainment, LLC — passive investment ($150K, Monarch only).

Investment positions (held inside RFH or Austin personally; not entities Austin controls; not getting profile files): - VC funds, convertible notes, direct (HypeRealms / 180 Collective £425K — disputed, see legal/withers-london-portfolio.md). - Itemized in context/entities.md § "Investment positions" until migrated.

Conventions

  • One file per entity, named <slug>.md. Slug = lowercase, hyphenated, drop legal suffixes (LLC / Inc. / S.A. de C.V.). Same-named entities suffix with -mx / -us-tx.
  • All sections in _TEMPLATE.md are required, even when empty — write "None" or "TBD — " rather than deleting headings.
  • Source-tag concrete claims (date + doc / mail / decision-log entry) so reviewers can verify.
  • Append the Revision log at the bottom of each entity file when content changes substantively.
  • The legacy context/entities.md stays in place during migration; once every entity has a profile, the legacy file becomes a thin redirect.

How to populate a new entity

  1. cp context/entities/_TEMPLATE.md context/entities/<slug>.md
  2. Pull source material:
  3. context/entities.md (legacy section for this entity)
  4. context/people.md (advisor + counterparty rows)
  5. accounting/, legal/, tax/ files matching this entity
  6. Synology: ssh proxmox 'sudo find /mnt/synology-cloud/Business/<entity>/'
  7. M365: m365.py mail <cm|rfh> --q "<entity name or counterparty>"
  8. Fill every section. Use "None" or "TBD — " for empty sections.
  9. Update this README's index table with the entity's slug + status + filename.
  10. Update the Mermaid diagram if the entity changes the hierarchy (new node, status change, etc.).
  11. Append entry to the Revision log at the bottom of the entity file.
